Technical Support Engineer – Windows OS

Market leader within the technology industry is seeking support engineers to join their operations team working in a Windows based environment. Excellent communication skills are essential.
The role:
-To provide technical support to customers and troubleshoot most problems remotely.
-Liaise on a professional level with key clients and deliver support in an efficient and timely manner
-To liaise with the senior operations team to resolve more complex issues
The Technical Support Engineer:
Essentials:
-Working knowledge and commercial experience of Windows Operating Systems (2003, 2008, IIS, MS SQL, ASP) within a hosting environment
-Troubleshooting and basic knowledge of networks
-Excellent knowledge of the ISP industry
-Excellent communication skills
In return:
The support engineer will be receiving £22,000 – £24,000 per annum at an extremely successful web services company.
