The Role:

You the Software Support Engineer will provide support on a range of one of a kind software products, perform critical test work and liaise with development teams on behalf of key customers. Further to this you will still be able to utilise your technical/development skills by working on; developing in house software tools, product testing as well as a wide range of other project work!

The Candidate:

You the Software Support Engineer will:

-Have a degree in Computer Science or similar subject (Software Engineering)
-Be Computer literate with the ability to learn new software quickly
-An enthusiastic, clear communicator with the confidence to speak to customers

It is highly desirable but not essential to have any experience from a similar role in Software Support, where you have worked and supported bespoke software packages.
