The Client:

My client is an industry leading pioneer and world leader within the betting space. They are expanding at an incredible rate and now require an experienced ScrumMaster / Agile Project Manager to join their organisation.

Daily Responsibilities:

You will be planning sprints, acting as a ScrumMaster for daily stand-ups and holding the business' hand in understand the benefits of Agile. You will ask the tough questions and challenge bad ideas, being vocal on why change on a product is welcomed and why collaboration between stakeholders and delivery teams is key. You will use your in-depth knowledge and experience to plan, co-ordinate and manage our technical and business projects, taking responsibility for the whole project lifecycle from initiation through to implementation.

The Candidate:

You, the ScrumMaster / Agile Project Manager, will be educated to a high level and have extensive experience in a similar role and be an advocate of Agile best practices. You must have proven ability in delivering high-quality software with agile methodologies. You should have a good understanding of software estimating and planning along with the ability to analyse, understand in-depth and clearly document complex business logic and recommend enhancements.

It's expected that appropriate candidates have an element of passion when it comes to sport or betting on the same.

Certification as a ScrumMaster (CSM) / Scrum Practitioner is highly desirable, as is experience within the betting space (with a focus on Sport) or similarly fast paced environment.
