My client, a leader in their field is looking to hire a Project Manager to join the Programme Office in their ICT division.

You the Project Manager will provide project and programme management in order to support the functions responsible for business change. As the Project Manager you will be looking at resource planning, preparing information to report to management, and looking after budgeting.

The Role:

As the Project Manager will be in charge of the business change portfolio; co-ordinating the various projects being undertaken. You will be reporting the project information back to management and this information will be used to influence the decision making for the projects.

You will be looking at spending and checking that this is being kept in accordance to the budget and reporting this information back. This will include resource planning and allocation.

You will be making sure that planning meetings are being held, that the right people attend and that these meetings are documented. As the Project Manager you will be the central point of contact for programme projects.

The Candidate:

You will have project management experience as well as an understanding of project management methodologies,
You, as a Project Office Co-ordinator should have experience working in administration and co-ordination positions.
You will be able to handle finances, budgets and expenditure.
You should be able to work with MS PowerPoint, MS Visio NA MS Project
