Operations Performance Analyst

£40-50K (neg) + Incredible benefits (including final salary, 16% non-contributory pension and more)

The Client:

My client is a global leader who set the standards, not follow them. They are in a league of their own and are a well recognised, global blue chip brand.

The Role:

As the OPA, you will be responsible for collecting the metrics that measure the quality and performance of the business and it's products/services. You will be manipulating and assessing data/figures, highlighting problems and understanding how the objectives of the business are being met. You will work closely with the OPA in the US.

The Candidate:

You, the Operations Performance Analyst, will be educated to a high level in a business discipline. It's incredibly likely that you will have experience with financial data in some capacity for a large organisation (i.e. understand balance sheets, financial statements etc). You must have experience of measuring quality and performance in some capacity.

Any knowledge of Project Management methodologies like Prince 2 would be advantageous along with other business qualifications (e.g. MBA)
