Job Details

You the .Net developer will be working as a Business Systems Analyst developing a unique retail organisations HR systems which were implemented on .net platform last year. You will take the vital role of HR and IT support, with a focus on integrating the company's on-line recruitment services, HR Net, E-learning and LMS.

The Role:

You, the Business Systems Analyst will be using your .net development skills to create tools and applications to simplify the HR system so that it performs quicker and is more user-friendly. You will liaise between the IT and HR departments, whilst working on the global HR database. You the HR & IT Business Systems Analyst will be maintaining the software, fixing any faults and performing testing as well as reviewing new adaptations to operating systems. You will be implementing the changes as well as creating user-guides to provide staff with the training to use the updated system .

The Candidate:

As a Business Systems Analyst you will need experience working in HR.net.
Other developmental technologies including Visual C#, HTML, JavaScript, Visual Basic.Net or ASP.Net would be advantageous.
Similarly: Oracle 8.0/RDBMS, T-SQL, SQL server 2005/2008 or other database management system software knowledge would be advantageous.
Experience working with Microsoft Office, Windows OS and Mac OS X is required.
