My client, a financially stable and growing IT software vendor, is looking for a software maintenance / renewals specialist. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the software maintenance renewal process.

-Based in London
-Up to £25,000 + £7,000 bonus + benefits package

The role

In this role, you will be responsible for software maintenance renewals. This will involve analysing current maintenance and renewals for an assigned customer base. You will work with various internal teams to capture information on a customer's estate. With this, you will prepare quotations and contract renewals for customers and manage any discrepancies.

Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction and feedback from the various internal teams.

About you

You will have excellent customer liaison skills in an existing maintenance renewals support role, ideally for an IT company (vendor or service provider).
