An IT Support Manager is required for my client, an innovative and award winning software house.

You, the IT Support Manager, will manage and maintain all aspects of the support function within the business, and drive for continual improvement in all areas.

Your management duties will also see you manage the entire infrastructure and support desk itself ensuring efficient close of detailed support cases, as well as managing infrastructure projects, assisting project leads when needed.

You will be responsible for a wide range of areas such as software licensing & updates, hardware purchases, inventory records and documentation, backing up systems and processes as well as reporting on help desk projects and keeping up to speed with the latest technologies.

Skills Required:
- Approximately 5 years in support based management role ideally in a hosted environment
- Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Hyper V or similar hosted servers, Windows server 00/08
- Windows 7, Vista, XP and Cisco Call Manager
- MCSE is desirable
