Implementation consultant – London – £28,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an implementation consultant to work for a major blue-chip organisation in the Banking industry. The successful candidate will join the Service Implementation team as a Mobile Implementation Consultant in a vibrant part of London.
The team works in a dynamic environment dealing with demands of internal and external customers. The successful Implementation Consultant will act as a main point of contact for both customers and management from project inception through to implementation and development. You will become an essential part of the team and will train and coach new team members. Communication will also be essential as you will work with the team leader to proactively resolve problems as they arise.
The successful Implementation Consultant is required to have experience with most, but not necessarily all of the following;
-Excellent communication skills for customer interaction
-Experience in customer support in Business to Business environment (B2B)
-Degree level education (UK/overseas) or equivalent industry experience
-Project management or project consulting from inception to development#
-Experience of payment systems, mobile or banking
- A second European language is desirable
The candidate will receive an annual salary of £28,000 along with a great benefits package that global organisation such as this company offers.
