Exchange / BES Systems Engineer.

Oklahoma City,

Up to $90,000 per Annum.

A Global Giant is currently in the market for an Expert Microsoft Exchange Engineer; The Company is seeking a highly skilled messaging administrator / exchange engineer to be part of their premier support service. These Elite engineers will be involved in advanced troubleshooting of mission critical systems, design and also architecture of the infrastructure within the company. Knowledge of BES (Blackberry Exchange Server), Microsoft Exchange, Lotus or ITIL would be an advantage.
This opportunity would see you working onsite in Oklahoma City with the companies' premier customers and therefore a sold Microsoft Exchange background is required.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:

* Provide on-site technical support for the wireless solution through customer service delivery, technical solutions, professional advice, counsel by telephone, web-chat, email and/or in person
* Build and manage a professional relationship with strategic customers
* Maintain systems in a lab environment to prototype and test operation of the software, infrastructure and its inter-dependencies, as well as to recreate customer issues for in depth data analysis
* Research and execute robust solutions by analyzing and troubleshooting the output of performance monitoring tools, network packet captures, and debugging information as required
* Provide world-class support and reinforce customer confidence while a resolution is being investigated
* Play a key role in beta programs, providing input on feature specs, supportability and quality
* Advanced level knowledge and hands-on experience with the following: Windows 2000/2003 Server, Windows 2000/XP, Microsoft Exchange Server 00/03/07 and/ Microsoft Outlook
* Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills
* Exceptional customer service, overall communication and technical writing skills
* Must have sufficient technical depth to communicate with development and other internal organizations
* Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision
* Demonstrated aptitude for providing exceptional customer service in customer environments
* Time management and prioritizing skills
* Flexibility to either work overtime or travel on short notice (must have valid passport)
* Must consent to, satisfactorily complete, and maintain, additional security level clearance in connection with the US government in order to support the customer
* Position will be located in Oklahoma City
