An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Analyst to join a leading global software provider.
My client has experienced continued growth for the last 12-18 months, with the acquisition of at least for other companies in line with their 5 year plan.
Their global presence spans across the UK, as well as the USA, Europe, Australia and Malaysia.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is not only good and enjoys customer support, but also looking to work for a proven company, with stable funds, active growth, a large client base and innovative projects with successful products/software.
Responsibilities:
You, the support analyst, are required to join one of the customer support teams in order to help support external customers and 3rd parties with software related issues in line with SLA's.
As the front line for the company you will need to have excellent customer service/customer facing experience, coupled with technical knowledge in order to support issues on demand.
You will also work to assist in testing new versions of software and assist with BETA support.
SQL Server experience is ESSENTIAL
Desirable skills/experience:
Oracle DBA and My-SQL
Business Objects reporting
Visual Basic, ASP.net, C#
