Leading Software House urgently require a hand on Business Systems Manager to lead a small and highly technical team that is responsible for our internal business applications. This role will lead systems support, selection and development and report directly to the VP of Operations.

Previous experience mapping business requirements onto technical specification and leading the development and commissioning activities is essential. A deep understanding of various CRM systems and integrations into other business systems is key as is experience in BI/reporting technologies.

Our business, its portfolio of applications and business requirements is rapidly growing. This role suits a self starter with solid experience in a similar role combining technical and business skills.

As a Business Applications Development Manager you will be expected to have excellent interpersonal skills and will need to interact with the executive management of the company on a daily basis on subjects ranging from long-term strategic planning to tactical operational issues.

Required Skills:

- 5 years+ experience of working as a business applications development manager leading development projects.
- 5years+ experience working as a business analyst in a similar business.
- Expert experience with CRM systems either on premise or SaaS
- Marketing Systems
- Sales Systems
- Excellent knowledge of business process design and new implementations in a similar business.
