Technical Support role International technology business in IOT, Smart Home domain are looking for field based technical support specialist for their brand new support team. This is a great opportunity to put your name to great IOT products. You will drive the foundations of new support team for specific innovative products range. You will be able to shape, improve and grow this function as well as manage complex technical issues with the development team from creation to resolution. You must have the following skills: *Experience in support/customer focused role in technical environment *Be proficient across Zendesk and Jira software tools ·Able to communicate at all business levels. ·Ability to travel across UK with occasional international travel ·Educated to GCSE level, with grade C or above in Maths and English. You will need to be able to visit the head office in Swindon on adhoc basis and when not travelling to meeting customers, you can be home based.
