An opportunity has arisen for 3 x ServiceDesk Analysts to join a vibrant and busy service desk team in Newcastle. As the servicedesk analyst you will have excellent customer service skills and be used to working to SLA's. You will be responsible for the first time fix for a number of issues relating to hardware, software for both all incidents and outages, liaising with external technical support teams if the issue cant be fixed in house.
