Essential Skills IT Service Desk and/or IT Help desk experience Microsoft Office suite knowledge Exceptional communication skills Customer Service Skills My client is looking to hire a couple of Service Desk Analysts to join a team where you will play a part in providing their staff with IT support across the entire infrastructure. You will work in a traditional Service Desk environment, answering calls, offer customer service to the end user and maintain a log of hardware and software issues. Where possible you will fix any issues and feel comfortable troubleshooting end user queries. This position demands high level of customer service skills, working with end users with strong/relevant communication throughout the process as key. This role would suit a candidate that is currently working in a similar environment and has proven experience of supporting and troubleshooting the full Microsoft Office Suite
