Building last relationships they are looking for this Service Desk Analyst to be the first engagement for there key customers within a high pressured industry. You will be required to deal with issues and queries over the phone, email and/or deal with online support. As the Service Desk Analyst you will be supporting the organisations key clients fundamentally being that key point of contact dealing with initial responses, logging the calls methodically and dealing with suitable fixes on a bespoke software application.
