My client are going through a change in approach when dealing with their customers and need a highly organised Service Desk Administrator to join the ranks. You will be required to manage the diaries of numerous individuals ensuring the client is happy and kept engaged at all time. Your administrative duties will be broad and will be ensuring that the department run smoothly. The business is growing and with that clients demands are increasing. This role involves a self starter who can get to grips with a fast paced ever changing environment. Working with the full Microsoft suite you will be ensuring data is up to date and documents are of a high level.
