If so, then please read on... Our client has recently implemented Salesforce and now urgently seeks to recruit an experienced Salesforce Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful, rapidly expanding and multi award FinTech winning company in a key role where you be responsible for driving new designs and products whilst simultaneously reviewing and improving existing code. Core tasks / responsibilities here will include; *Developing customised solutions within the Salesforce, NewVoiceMedia and FinancialForce platforms in order to support critical business functions and also meet project objectives and client requirements. *Communicating with project managers, key stakeholders, customers and other developers to develop cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment *Liaising directly with clients, managers and end users as required in order to analyse project objectives and capability requirements. This includes specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances *Providing system administration support of both the internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment. *User support, training adoption & satisfaction *Process creation, documentation & maintenance *Creation & maintenance of dashboard and reports *Collaborating with internal departments, including marketing, product development, finance, and operations, to ensure that the SalesForce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance The ideal candidate will have 4+ years' experience in a similar role with experience in the following areas; *Thorough knowledge of the capabilities of SFDC (including customisation) *integration of third party systems with SalesForce *strong reporting skills using standard reporting tools including standard Salesforce reporting functionality *experience of re-engineering an existing Salesforce configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows and enhanced functions *experience of utilising Salesforce as a sales analysis tool Any specific experience of SalesForce Application development including proficiency with Apex, VisualForce, MySQL or similar & JavaScript and experience of / familiarity with Lightning, AJAX and JSON would be an advantage but is not essential.
