Propositions Manager The Propositions Manager will be intrinsically involved in the client's journey towards a truly customer-centric landscape. A technology innovator, the client works across commercial enterprise, government departments, leading research institutions and universities to enable evolution and disruption of commercial models and technology adoption for a better future. The Propositions Manager will work from the ground up defining and delivering process for propositions across more than 20 work streams and product services and embedding the propositions across the organisation and operationalising the defined propositions; creating a truly customer-centric culture throughout. You will be from a business to business sales and marketing background, ideally with experience of working for corporate technology companies, defining go-to-market strategies, differentiated propositions and customer marketing strategies. Propositions Manager Skills and Responsibilities: *Qualified to degree level *B2B marketing experience at least 3 years. *Proposition development and delivery experience in B2B, new and emerging technologies, services, systems and products *Strategy development *Market research *Presentation and customer facing activities *Provide a range of propositions to support the company brand and business development activities in the marketplace. *Provide a regular cycle of relevant customer and marketing research to be presented to the senior and relevant teams within the wider organisation *To act as a strong second in command to the Marketing & Communications Director Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Director, the role will require the successful candidate to lead and deliver the development from concept to launch of a range of B2B propositions for a wide range of stakeholders (Government, Academia, SMEs and Larger Corporates). The role will include building propositions based on people, systems, services, and products in a range of technical and environmental ways based on working with partners and consortia. This role will provide a strong "second in command" position to support the Marketing & Communications Director providing cover during vacations etc and also supporting the management of the team.
