Are you an experienced Project Manager with proven experience of implementing / integrating Business Systems? Do you have specific experience of Finance, HR (HRMS), Supply Chain (SCMS) or Logistics systems? These are key positions where you will play a major part in the transformation of our client's Business Systems. Ideal candidates will possess 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager, be capable of managing several projects concurrently and will have exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills and experience of the Waterfall model. Demonstrable experience in business system change / implementation is also required and specific experience of HR Systems (HRMS), Finance or Supply Chain (SCMS) / Logistics would be ideal. Core tasks will include; *Responsibility for the definition, documentation and completion of complex projects, managing project teams & advising clients/users as necessary throughout the duration *Ensuring that realistic project quality, and risk plans are prepared and maintained *Budget and resource management *Ensuring that projects are formally closed and, where appropriate, subsequently reviewed *Make recommendations/decisions on technical options as appropriate, actively contributing to the organisation's technical strategies *Defining and making recommendations on the project management framework for projects, including the creation of a steering group or project board if required, *Working within a defined organisation governance framework, which may be under the oversight / direction of a project/programme management office *Acting as the liaison between the customer and supplier organisations and taking ownership of the relationship on behalf of the customer organisation.
