Principal Software Engineer £65,000 (dependant on experience) Are you an exceptional cross platform C++ Engineer? A well-funded start up in Oxford are currently looking for an outstanding C++ Developer to spearhead work within their development team, working alongside other developers and researchers to deliver a unique software product that will revolutionise healthcare. The successful Principal Software Engineer will have: * Exceptional C++ skills with experience including the modern language standards, STL and a wide variety of other software libraries * Extensive experience of object oriented C++, design patterns and systems architecture, in particukar multi-threaded, high performance systems * Experience with testing and continuous integration tools In addition to this experience developing mathematical and numerical software would be a bonus, as would expertise in Linux and developing code to run across multiple platforms.
