Are you a seasoned PMO Analyst / Project Coordinator? Have you worked as a Projects Support Officer? Are you able to join a unique PMO supporting some of the countries most exciting change projects? If you have public procurement exposure or have working in a commercial setting, I want to speak to you! - PMO, PSO, Project Support Officer, PMO Analyst - Reporting, Dashboards, Administration - Procurement, Third Party Suppliers, Vendor Management, Stakeholder engagement - Commercial / strategic PMO support - Understanding of Project / Programme Management principles. As a PMO Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting one of the largest transformation programmes in the UK. As this is one of the UKs flagship projects there is a lot of political pressure, media coverage and visibility. This is very high pressure, fast paced and full on; with a complex stakeholder landscape including central government, transport authorities, consultancies and service providers. You may have a background as a Project Coordinator, PSO or PMO specialist… but we need you to be operating at the highest level. As a PMO Analyst you will take a lead in ensuring project governance, finances and report whilst looking to innovate and guide. As with any PMO role there is a heavy administration / reporting element to the role… especially considering the stakeholders are large corporates and central government bodies. Any experience of public procurement processes (OJEU) is a bonus, but not essential.
