You will be supporting internal and external digital issues gaining trusted relationships through the business. As the newest Online Support professional you will be working on various issues escalated from the 1st line team, no day will be the same. This organisation are looking for an individual who is technically savvy who can help the organisation transform to an in-house model working with web based technologies to implement necessary changes.
