Office 365 Support Analyst Are you currently working in Desktop Support /2nd Line Support type position? Are you an experienced Office 365 administrator? If this sounds like you and you are currently looking for a new challenge, please read on… Essential Skills Office 365 PowerShell ITIL experience Desirable Skills Cloud based services Azure Service Exchange Working in a 1st / 2nd and some 3rd line support capacity, you will prominently support Office 365 as part of a Shared Service desk for my client. Support will be offered remotely and you respond to any incident, change and problem request related to Office 365 while adhering to ITIL methodology. You will also be responsible for liaising with the service desk for any disruption or downtime to the service and escalate and work with the 3rd party vendors. An experienced Office 365 Administrator, you will also possess experience working with ITIL processes, in particular Incident, Change, Problem and Request and have around 3yrs experience working in an IT infrastructure capacity.
