IT Support Team Leader - ITIL, Office 365, Service Delivery, Service Desk Are you an experienced IT Support Team Leader? Do you possess ITIL Foundation qualification as a minimum? Do you have a solid understanding of Office 365 to administration level? If this sounds of interest and you are a proven leader of IT Support staff please get in touch. Essential Skills: ITIL Foundation Office 365 Administration Basic Windows 2008 / 2012 Server knowledge Team Lead / Management experience Managing a team of 5 x support analysts, you will ensure all IT functions for end users across the business are available to allow them to accomplish business tasks. You will work with the stakeholders to ensure the service provided offers the customer satisfaction the end users expect, work closely with the shared service team, the team achieve SLA's for incidents and requests and work with 3rd party vendors to find solutions to IT issues. You will also be responsible for analysing, troubleshooting and resolving incidents and ensure support processes are in order to eliminate reoccurrences. This role will suit an experienced IT Support team leader who is comfortable managing onsite and offsite resource, possess a strong technical background and also has knowledge in reviewing the service/support offered and implementing the necessary improvements to offer the best service possible
