HR / Payroll Software Business Analyst (Home Based) Are you a Business Analyst, working with clients who require the implementation of a HR or Payroll software solution, who is looking for that next big step in your career? Key skills this HR / Payroll Software Business Analyst must have: - Strong background as a business analyst - Experience delivering HR / Payroll software to external clients - Full project and business analysis lifecycle experience, requirement gathering and creating high level documentation - 2+ years experience working with software implementation projects - Client engagement experience, commercial relationship understanding. - Business process analysis techniques This HR / Payroll Software Business Analyst must have worked for a software focused organisation delivering HR / Payroll projects externally.
