My client is currently recruiting for a HR Administrator that will be responsible for providing first class administrative support to the HR team Job Purpose: *Owns and manages all HR administration tasks and processes *Works closely with the HR team to ensure organisational effectiveness *Demonstrates a can do /and will happily do attitude Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities *First point of contact within the HR team on all aspects of HR administration *First point of contact for general queries relating to employment issues and HR policy *Management of the HR inbox *Manages all administration relating to employee Recruitment and Onboarding, from raising vacancies on Greenhouse (recruitment system), through to preparing contracts of employment and arranging inductions for new employees *Manages employee referencing process with external background screening company Verifile *Manages and processes all letters, forms and documents required as part of the employee lifecycle (e.g. promotions, salary increases, flexible working, resignation) This role is a generalist position covering all HR administration tasks. You are not expected to have worked in an HR environment before however, this will be useful.
