Desktop Support Engineer - O365, MDM, AirWatch Are you an experienced Desktop Support Engineer who is use to dealing with high-level execs Do you possess solid experience working in an ITIL framework and/or possess an ITIL Foundation qualification? Have you previous and proven 2nd Desktop Support experience, in typically a Microsoft environment? In your most recent position have you been working with AirWatch to support mobile users? Essential Skills Office 365 AirWatch Mobile Device Management (MDM) Active Directory ITIL You as the Desktop Support Engineer, will be primarily responsible for supporting end users desktops and mobile devices as well as administering and managing the Office 365 Environment. Supporting c150 VIP users, you must possess exceptional communication skills and the patience needed with end-users who typically have little understanding of all things 'IT', empathy is a must have quality! This role will suit an experienced Desktop Support Engineer, with strong technical skills as well as exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. You will have previously worked in a similar environment in terms of supporting C-Level execs and have the 'know-how' to deliver the 'at-the-desk' solution for very demanding end-users.
