Our client, a fast growing Legal Firm has an exciting role in their Market Harborough offices. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Business Development Manager who can develop and promote their services to existing and new customers, to manage accounts and build strong relationships with the introducing estate agents and other sources of work. The ideal candidate will have strong business development skills, the ability to generate new business and generate leads, the ability to build their own network and have excellent communication skills. The duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows: - Generate new business streams through targeted business development activity - Ability to work to set KPI's - Manage and maintain external relationships with introducers - Liaise closely with internal teams and deal with any feedback and/or service issues - Work closely as part of a team but also be independent and self-motivated - Have capacity to work in a fast-paced, often changing environment - Display professional and effective verbal and written communication skills You must have demonstrated a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
