Essential Skills: Office 365 Support - admin portal, running reports, PowerShell Skype for Business Support OneDrive Support AirWatch knowledge Desirable Skills Server Support My client, a FTSE250 organisation has an urgent need to hire an experienced 2nd line / desktop support engineer to provide desktop and voice (mobile and landline) device management support, which consists of c150 users. Acting as 2nd line escalation technical support, you will be responsible for supporting end users' desktops and mobile devices. You will provide outstanding support, diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents and administer and configure the Mobile Device Management platform - AirWatch. This role will suit highly experienced 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineers with an excellent understanding and knowledge of the following: Office 365, Mobile Device Management (must be AirWatch) and Skype for Business.
