One for all you space nerds. This video is taken from an on-board camera mounted on one of the solid rocket boosters from the STS-124 Shuttle launch.
Nothing much happens until the two minute mark when the boosters are released and the dizzy freefall begins. Knocks the socks off your average skydive.
Keep an ear out for all the strange sounds as the booster spins through the atmosphere until the parachutes are deployed and it floats gently down. Great stuff.
Google’s Street View has fast been becoming a vital tool when locating a new destination for a meeting or an interview. We advise all our candidates to check out a building on Street View before an interview so they can be sure they are walking into the right place.
