Our excellent delivery starts at our Academy of Excellence: the entry point for those starting their careers in recruitment. Each delegate goes through the most comprehensive training programme in the industry (ISO certified) and only graduates if they demonstrate an ability to deliver results and support to the rest of the team.
All Academy graduates are nurtured to join our Global Delivery Core where they are highly trained to support our business development team and key account managers with creative worldwide search and research.
This enables our senior key account managers and business development teams to really focus on what they’re good at: Building relationships, opening up opportunities and providing valuable consultancy support to HR professionals, line managers and C level executives.
