Ongoing development is the key to our success, and the success of our staff, and it starts with the Academy of Excellence.

The Provide Academy takes people with zero experience in recruitment onto an intensive course to become incredible, high performing consultants within a very short space of time.

Before you are accepted onto the course, you must pass our emotional intelligence tests. Our clients are looking for personalities and good understanding of people, as well as good negotiation skills, so you must demonstrate high levels of EI.

With an initial 3-month programme of hands-on training in the live environment, you will learn everything you need to know from Provide’s experienced, high-achieving Directors. Within a matter of weeks, you’ll have the tools and techniques to accomplish every element of the recruitment role, from basic search to sourcing candidates, managing contractors and headhunting.

The Academy is not for the faint hearted. It’s hard work and you’ll need to push yourself like never before. You must have the desire to win.

If you graduate from the Academy, and only 50% do, you will be fast-tracked straight onto a career plan in our Eco-System where you can move into permanent delivery, contract delivery or new business. From there, we’ll help you become the next £million biller and future leader in our business.
