We need someone who can actively demonstrate experience of working as a test analyst in the full software delivery life cycle, someone who has worked in either a waterfall of VModel approach would be highly beneficial.

We need you to prove that you can define test scenarios, develop test cases, and implement the testing for the full application before deployment.

There will be an element of travel between Slough and Northampton, in the week, so your own transport is essential and of course travel will be fully expensed.

Do you possess a strong technical background in messaging? Are you extremely competent with Exchange, ideally 2010? Are you keen to move in to more of Pre Sales / Technical Account Management position? Are you fluent in French and English, both written and verbally? Have you previously worked with and supported Enterprise level customers, ideally banks, financial institutions etc.? If so, please read on as this could be a career defining move for you.

Working very closely with my companies growing list of Enterprise customers, you will be the go-to Technical Account Manager for their French customers taking total ownership of issues, driving them to closure. You will assist Sales Engineer on presale questions as well as handle any escalations when normal support processes are not meeting expectations or SLA's. You will also work closely with internal teams such as Engineering, Sales, Product Management and Operations for fixes of area of improvements and ensure their Enterprise customers' needs are met.

To succeed in this role you must possess a strong technical background, possibly coming from a Systems Administration and/or System Engineer position. You will also possess extensive messaging exposure, ideally with Exchange 2010 and possess the soft skills needed to deal with demanding Enterprise customers, ideally having some experience within a Pre Sales or Technical Account Management role. You MUST be fluent in French and English. Candidates with a good understanding of the Smart Phone / Wireless Carrier industry will most definitely be of interest to my client.
