With continued growth comes the need to increase our head count and right now we are looking for an implementation consultant/software product consultant, to join our client services team.
What is an Implementation Consultant?
Our "implementation consultants" act very much like a typically software product consultant.
You are someone that knows the entire ins and outs of the software product we produce and then install for customers.
What does the role consist of?
As software product & implementation consultant you will firstly act as someone that knows our software product inside out. You will know how to get the best from its features, what its limitations are and how it can or tweaked to ensure it is best utilized to achieve maximum return on investment for our clients.
This role then has a large focus around training users how to actually work our software, so you will train various size users groups, including 1 on 1's an the above points. You will take ownership of these workshops and knowledge transfer sessions.
Implementations will be conducted for client's right across the UK, so although you will be based from a local office, you MUST prepared to travel on an almost daily basis. Any not prepared to travel in a high frequency should not apply for the role. We offer a very good expenses scheme and all expenses are covered with hotel and train fares pre-paid.
In addition you will also extract business requirements from various stakeholders, working out core business objectives and ensuring all necessary data is transferred into the implemented system, leading mini projects and ultimately ensuring that the complete implementation process runs smoothly.
Lastly, it will be down to you to produce presentations or demonstrations as required to ensure that all senior managers are able to take the reins once your implementation is complete.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:
Experience in the healthcare sector is an absolute must
Implementing and setting up software programmes or tools
Training people on how to you software – Ideally different levels of users and various group sizes
Able to use Windows software, Excel, etc.
A willingness to travel UK wide
