Are you a Project Coordinator looking for a role when you can grow into a Project Manager? Do you want a company to invest in you and help you get your PM qualifications? Can you manage 12+ project schedules at any one time in a fast paced, innovative technology environment? Can you act as an advocate for the PMO and ensure good processes are followed? I require a Project Coordinator with a background in Research and Development or Software Development projects.

The Project Coordinator will support the completion of projects by achieving their business case objectives and ensuring approach is consistent with company strategy, budget, commitments and goals.

Experience / Qualifications

Background as Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, Project Administrator
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
Strong Stakeholder management and demonstrable experience in managing internal project teams

Qualification in project management or equivalent
Proven experience in risk management
Proven experience in change management
Experience in delivery of software development projects
Experience of managing multiple projects in parallel

The role:
Supporting the planning and implementation of projects to defined time, cost, quality
Facilitate the definition of project scope, objectives, deliverables and benefits
Support the defining of project tasks and resource requirements
Develop full scale project plans and associated project documentation
Coordinate project efforts through performance monitoring
Manage project resource allocation
Track project deliverables
Provide administration support to project team
Monitor and report on progress of the project to all internal stakeholders
Provide project office support
